Marketing Lead

As a platform company, Baysil builds an ecosystem of people, tools and services that systematically makes healthcare more organized.¬†Removing the barriers to organized, coordinated care helps more care practices grow, bringing safe, high-quality care closer to the communities that need it most. As Baysil’s marketing lead, you will help grow this ecosystem by creating an efficient system to attract more customers and more partners.

You will lead the marketing strategy and execution of how Baysil markets to new customers and partners; how we engage and nurture existing customers and partners; and how we communicate the value of Baysil’s platform to the industry. As an early member and leader of the Marketing team, this is a great opportunity for a builder who wants to have an outsized impact on the business.

We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and brilliant communicator. You must be someone who can build long-term, meaningful relationships. Above all, you should have passion and creativity for finding unique ways in which we can support and grow Baysil’s ecosystem towards our vision of safe, high-quality care for everyone, anywhere in the world.

You will:

  • Design and execute the strategy, content, and assets to communicate the benefits of Baysil’s partner programs
  • Define and deliver a systematic approach to onboarding new partners, and building a supportive ecosystem around them, including training webinars, sales assets, and access to platform demo
  • Implement a solution to record partner lead generations

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of building and leading a successful partner program driven by key outcomes, like new partner recruitment and satisfaction
  • Experience developing messaging and writing compelling copy
  • Track record of creating engaging digital, community, and event communications and experiences
  • Experience of building marketing programs from the ground up, continuously iterating, and designing for scale
  • Capacity to manage multiple, complex projects at once
  • Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team towards an ambitious outcome

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Experience working within the healthcare ecosystem and a good understanding of its many challenges
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities
